Papp Personal is seeking a Controller (m/f/d) with an international interface function for a client in Nuremberg. The role combines financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost analysis, economic relationship analysis, management reporting, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization. Candidates need a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field, relevant controlling or finance experience, strong accounting and analytical skills, SAP FI and SAP SD knowledge, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and German and English proficiency at a negotiation level. The position offers permanent employment with an option to be taken over at the partner company, compensation according to the GVP collective wage agreement, bonuses, and company pension provision.
