The Bluhm Weber Group is hiring an additional Controller (m/w/d) in its Finance and Controlling team at its Rheinbreitbach site. The role analyzes financial statements under HGB and IFRS, prepares budgets and forecasts, performs variance and profitability analyses, develops cost-accounting and production-management tools, supports management and specialist departments, contributes to strategic projects and investment calculations, and acts as a key user for ERP and reporting improvements. The position requires a business administration, accounting, or controlling qualification with several years of professional experience, strong commercial understanding, digitalization affinity, German and English skills, and preferably SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
