All In One Accounting is hiring a strategic Nonprofit Controller to lead client work quality, mentor Accountants, and serve as an advisory partner to mission-driven organizations. The role oversees nonprofit fund accounting, financial statements, grant compliance, audit preparation, cash flow forecasting, internal controls, and financial analysis across a portfolio of complex nonprofit accounts. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, at least seven years of progressive nonprofit accounting experience including team leadership, and expertise in nonprofit fund accounting, grant management, audit management, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. The position offers a salary of $90,000–$125,000, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement and disability benefits, and an annual bonus of up to 10% of salary.
