Description
AlayaCare is hiring a Controller, North America to lead financial reporting and accounting operations for its Canadian and United States entities. The role oversees month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, IFRS and IFRS 15 revenue accounting, subscription revenue, tax filings, external audits, and the development of the North American accounting team. It reports to the Director, Finance, requires a CPA designation and 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, and is based in Toronto with a hybrid model requiring two in-office collaboration days per week. The expected hiring range is $115,000–$130,000 CAD for candidates hired to work in Ontario.
