Description
All In One Accounting is hiring a Professional Services Controller to own the Tenacity onboarding phase for consulting, law, marketing, staffing, and other professional-service clients. The role leads client kickoffs and check-ins, conducts financial assessments and cleanup, establishes accounting and operational foundations, coordinates stakeholders, teaches systems and controls, documents handoffs, and prepares clients for advancement to the ongoing delivery team. The position also improves onboarding processes through standardization, automation, and lessons learned, and requires at least seven years of progressive accounting experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks.
