Description

All In One Accounting is hiring a Nonprofit Controller to lead the Tenacity onboarding phase for nonprofit clients, including financial assessments, fund-accounting and grant setup, control implementation, system training, documentation, and handoff to the ongoing delivery team. The role requires 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, nonprofit accounting expertise, QuickBooks proficiency, and a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent experience. The salary is $90,000–$125,000 with an annual bonus of up to 10% and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent business experience
Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Client onboarding, implementation projects, financial cleanup, or accounting process transformation
Nonprofit accounting experience with fund accounting, net asset restrictions, grant management, audit preparation, and GAAP reporting
Experience partnering with nonprofit executives, boards, program leaders, funders, or auditors
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in public accounting, Client Accounting Services, or another multi-client environment
Familiarity with nonprofit accounting platforms and grant or donor systems
