Description
The Controller / Project Controller will strengthen project and business-unit controlling, cost tracking, margin and risk analysis, profitability reporting, bid controlling, KPI dashboards, segment reporting, and commercial decision-making inputs. The role collaborates with finance, executive management, business-unit leadership, project management, and international delivery units, and contributes to improving controlling processes and commercial standards. It requires a relevant degree, several years of controlling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and very good German; the workplace is based in Kassel or the Greater Düsseldorf area with home office by arrangement.
