Description
The Controller will establish and lead the financial operations for a multi-concept hospitality group’s new Fort Worth headquarters. The role oversees accounting, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, software integrations, and accounting systems while supervising accounting staff and advising senior leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least five years of progressive accounting experience including two years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role, and experience with hospitality, multi-unit retail, multi-jurisdiction payroll, sales tax, and financial statements. The position offers a $130,000–$155,000 base salary plus bonus potential.
