Description
The Mars Snacking North America Controller leads a diverse accounting and reporting team, oversees financial statement quality, implements accounting standards and governance controls, coordinates with PwC and internal audit, and drives accountability and continuous improvement across the North America region. The role requires a finance or accounting degree, 10+ years of accounting or financial audit experience, consumer product goods industry experience, and expertise in technical accounting, financial processes, and internal controls. It is an onsite position with a base pay range of USD 169,840 to USD 233,530.
