QuintoAndar Group is hiring a Controller Specialist for its Finance team in São Paulo, Brazil, under a hybrid model with in-office collaboration twice per week. The role leads the preparation and technical review of financial statements, applies IFRS/CPC and accounting policies, assesses regulatory changes, prepares technical accounting positions and disclosures, supports audit and internal stakeholders, and develops accounting governance and team capabilities. Candidates need an Accounting degree, Big Four audit or accounting advisory experience, strong financial reporting and IFRS/CPC knowledge, English proficiency, and advanced Excel skills.
