Description
The Controller manages accounting, financial reporting, month- and year-end close, budgets, forecasts, internal controls, audits, capital projects, cash flow, cost controls, and performance measurements for a manufacturing site. The role supervises Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accounting clerks, ensures GAAP and auditing compliance, and drives finance process improvements. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least 10 years of accounting experience, manufacturing-environment experience, extensive Microsoft Excel knowledge, and supervisory experience; cost accounting, CPA or MBA, and Microsoft Office proficiency are desired.
