Description
Kindred Bravely is hiring a full-time, fully remote Controller to own U.S. accounting operations end-to-end, including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory, payroll accounting, tax compliance, financial close, reporting, internal controls, audits, and vendor management. The role will lead and develop a small internal accounting team, manage outsourced accounting functions, partner with senior leadership, and actively use AI and automation to improve close timelines and accounting efficiency. A bachelor's degree, active CPA, and 8+ years of progressive accounting experience are required, with an MBA, CMA, or CGMA preferred.
