Volksbank Mittweida eG is seeking a Controller with a focus on overall bank management and risk control. The successful candidate will monitor and analyze the bank's risk situation, create decision-making documents and risk reports, actively manage credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks, and contribute to the stability and future viability of the bank. They will also support overall banking planning and fine-tune revenue-oriented processes, advise the board on business and risk strategy development, and continuously improve risk management systems.
