Description
Estatement Group is seeking an experienced Controller with a real estate background for a temporary consulting assignment in Lund. The role strengthens the finance department during a transition, supports monthly and annual closing and forecasting, analyzes financial results and variances, and presents the financial situation to management. It requires a degree in economics or finance, at least three years of real estate operations or property management controller experience, strong Excel skills, experience with financial and business systems, and strong analytical and communication abilities. The assignment is primarily on-site in Lund, with hybrid work possible by agreement, and runs from October 1, 2026, or as soon as possible, through January 31, 2027.
