QuintoAndar Group is hiring a Controllership Specialist in its Finance team in São Paulo under a hybrid work model. The role focuses on accounting close, preparing explanatory notes for financial statements, defining and implementing accounting rules for new business lines, reviewing reconciliations, supporting complex accounting and audit matters, and improving controls and systems. Candidates need an accounting degree, active CRC registration, Big Four and controllership/financial reporting experience, and strong knowledge of financial statements, IFRS/CPC, and advanced Excel.
