Continental is seeking a Controlling Analyst BA EMEA to join their team in Portugal for a two-year replacement period. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end Actuals, Forecast, and Budget processes for all BA EMEA Headquarters cost centers, focusing on primary costs and operative headcount control. This role also involves developing and enhancing a Power BI-based Cost Center Reporting Tool, ensuring accurate monthly headcount reporting, managing the BA-wide role concept, and maintaining compliance with eSR roles and authorizations. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance, along with 2-3 years of experience in similar functions, strong proficiency in SAP and advanced office tools like Excel and Power BI/Tableau, and fluent English communication skills.
