Tyczka is hiring a Controlling Specialist at its Geretsried site to prepare group and plant reports, support financial statements and business plans, provide KPIs and ad-hoc analyses, maintain forecasts and budgets, modernize reporting with Power BI and automated controls, and serve as a key user in SAP-COPA. The role requires a business administration or comparable degree focused on controlling, experience in process automation, process mining, controlling, auditing, or a related finance function, strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills, fluent German, and occasional business travel.
