Saltworks Technologies is hiring a Controls & Automation Engineer to design, implement, simulate, commission, and troubleshoot controls and automation systems for complex water treatment and lithium refining plants. The role includes creating control documentation, PLC and HMI packages, interfacing with industrial communication protocols, collaborating with process-control engineers, and occasionally traveling to plant installations. Candidates need an engineering degree, EGBC professional engineering registration, 5–8 years of relevant experience, and experience with PLC and HMI programming tools. The position is onsite in Richmond, British Columbia, with a salary of $95,000 to $120,000 per year.
