Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least 10 years of industrial automation or controls engineering experience, and 3+ years in a leadership or management role. The position offers a base salary of $145,000–$185,000, a target bonus of $15,000–$25,000, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
