ALTEN is hiring a Controls & Software Validation Lead for its Brentwood team to support alternative fuels, marine, and industrial engineering projects. The role leads software requirements capture and validation, certification documentation, PLC and ECU software integration, SIL and HIL testing, safety and risk assessments, performance monitoring, and coordination with engineering, test, project management, and principal engineering teams. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent military experience, 5–10 years of relevant technical experience, and experience in regulated engineering environments; the position is on-site hybrid and may require security clearance.
