BOS Innovations is hiring a full-time Controls & Vision Engineer in Lexington, Kentucky to design, develop, integrate, and commission automation systems combining PLC controls, robotics, and machine vision technologies for its TrueLight projects. The role covers PLC and HMI programming, I/O and communications integration, safety programming, 2D and 3D vision system development, AI-enabled inspection tools, onsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Candidates need at least four years of PLC programming experience, machine vision integration experience, strong controls and communications knowledge, commissioning and troubleshooting experience, and industrial or manufacturing experience.
