Description
CMS Controls Atlanta is hiring a full-time Applications Engineer in Marietta, Georgia, to serve as the technical bridge between sales, estimating, and field execution for building automation systems projects. The role owns project design and product selection, develops estimates, BACnet and open-protocol integrations, documentation, RFIs, equipment orders, as-built drawings, and project closeout materials, and supports proposals and field troubleshooting. It requires 3–7 years of HVAC controls, building automation, or related applications engineering experience, knowledge of DDC programming and BAS design, familiarity with BACnet, and an associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience. The position is primarily office-based with periodic site visits and offers a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus a quarterly profitability bonus.
