Description
The Controls Project Engineer performs on-site commissioning of electrical and PLC software systems for automated warehouse and material-handling solutions. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, documentation, customer training, reliability and performance testing, go-live support, and post-go-live customer support, with approximately 80% travel to customer or manufacturing locations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology, 1–5 years of automation, controls, or commissioning experience, and knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and related commissioning software.
