Description
Shawbrook is hiring for a newly created, bank-wide internal controls testing role within Risk Services. The position supports the Head of Controls and Controls Testing Team by assessing, monitoring, and strengthening internal controls; producing control testing outputs for the Risk and Control Self-Assessment; identifying gaps in control operations and design; and improving efficiency through systemisation and AI integration. The role requires data analytics, data normalisation, risk and controls knowledge, variance analysis, and AI integration skills, with risk management and financial-industry experience preferred.
