Description
AWS is hiring a Controls Design Engineer for its Data Center Global Services Controls Design Engineering team. The role owns BMS and EPMS design standards, specifications, control points, basis of design documents, and scopes of work across new construction, legacy enhancements, data center support, and special initiatives. Responsibilities include developing standards and drawings, coordinating with construction, controls, MEP, regional engineering, and project management teams, managing vendor selection and submittals, supporting commissioning and on-call operations, and traveling approximately 25% of the time. The position requires at least four years of industrial or commercial engineering experience in mission-critical facilities and four years of electrical and mechanical systems engineering, installation, or commissioning experience.
