Ehvert Mission Critical, a business unit within Salas O’Brien, is seeking an experienced Controls Design Engineer for a long-term independent contractor engagement in Romania. The role supports the design and documentation of control systems for mission-critical projects, including large-scale data centers, with a strong emphasis on Revit-based design and low-voltage systems such as building automation, HVAC controls, and fire alarm systems. Responsibilities include producing control drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, preparing submittals and commissioning documentation, and following QA/QC processes. The position requires 3–6+ years of relevant experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and strong Revit skills; a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
