AWS is hiring an EPMS Controls Design Engineer for its Controls Design Engineering team to establish and maintain global data center building management and electrical power monitoring design standards. The role coordinates EPMS scopes of work, RFI and vendor proposal support, electrical drawing and single-line diagram reviews, equipment qualification testing, specifications, basis of design documentation, and cross-functional project collaboration. It requires at least four years of relevant data center or critical-environment experience, three years of electrical diagram and distribution-system experience, three years of industrial controls experience, power-monitoring and SCADA experience, and Modbus communication experience. Preferred qualifications include EPMS platform experience, revenue-grade metering programming, power-quality analysis, and data center facilities knowledge.
