Description
ABB is hiring an onsite Manufacturing Engineer for its Portland, Tennessee Installation Products facility. The role optimizes assembly methods, processes, and equipment; designs, develops, installs, programs, debugs, and tests automated manufacturing systems; supports maintenance; coordinates equipment improvements and internal training; and documents projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least three years of manufacturing engineering experience, and proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, SCADA, robotics, CAD, and related controls.
