Description
AWS is hiring a Controls Engineer to support the design, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and improvement of building management systems (BMS) and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS) in AWS data centers. The role includes project management, vendor and procurement coordination, controls logic and graphical interface development, service contract management, and local visits to in-operation data centers. Candidates need at least five years of industrial controls and automation experience, four years of general contractor and vendor management experience, and either a relevant engineering degree plus five years of relevant controls experience or ten years of relevant controls experience in lieu of a degree. The position is based in Herndon, Virginia, with a base salary of $111,300 to $186,100 annually.
