Description
AWS is hiring a Controls Engineer to manage, deploy, optimize, and maintain Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) automation for AWS data centers. The role covers controls scope and specifications, MEP drawing review, controls bills of material, construction and service contract management, vendor and project-sponsor leadership, technical support, root-cause analysis, maintenance scheduling, control logic and graphical user interface development, and participation in a global on-call schedule. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field, experience with design deployment, Microsoft Office and Windows, and power management and monitoring systems; data-center project management and infrastructure experience are preferred. The position is based in Calgary, Canada, with a base salary of CAD 104,500–137,100 annually.
