Voltava is hiring a Controls Engineer to maintain, develop, and improve automation control systems supporting manufacturing operations. The role involves troubleshooting complex controls issues, optimizing equipment performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, evaluating emerging automation technologies, and collaborating with production, maintenance, and cross-functional teams. Candidates need at least two years of relevant industrial experience, programming and troubleshooting skills, experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs, knowledge of C++, C#, ladder logic, electrical schematics, HMI systems, industrial communication protocols, and root-cause analysis. A bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field is required, with minimal travel.
