Description
AST SpaceMobile is hiring an on-site Controls Engineer to lead one of its primary satellite subsystems at a high-volume assembly line in Midland, Texas. The role covers controls engineering across the full lifecycle of flight hardware and Mechanical Ground Support Equipment, including system design, PLC, HMI, VFD, sensor, actuator, and robotics programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, integration, optimization, and quality assurance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least two years of manufacturing experience, with Spanish language skills preferred.
