Curtiss-Wright Surface Technologies is hiring a Controls Engineer in Gastonia, North Carolina, to design, program, integrate, test, install, configure, and document electrical, PLC, SCADA, robotic, and automation systems for equipment built in CWST Engineering. The role also provides technical support for deployed equipment, requires travel to CWST sites globally, and involves mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field, at least three years of relevant experience, and experience with electrical systems; PLC, industrial automation, CAD, communication protocols, and manufacturing experience are desirable, with Siemens and Beckhoff experience preferred.
