Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is hiring a Controls Engineer to provide technical leadership for Butler Manufacturing Operations. The role involves designing and developing control systems, programming and optimizing Allen Bradley PLC systems, supporting maintenance troubleshooting, leading capital projects, managing vendors and equipment installation, implementing lean process improvements, and improving equipment reliability and safety. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred, while equivalent professional experience may be considered; the position requires at least five years of controls engineering experience, manufacturing experience, and expertise with Rockwell Automation, Allen Bradley PLC systems, and Fanuc Robotics.
