Description
Hartmann Packaging is hiring a full-time Controls Engineer to support manufacturing operations on a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotation schedule. The role focuses on maintaining and improving automated systems, troubleshooting electrical and automation issues, developing and modifying PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and robot applications, creating electrical schematics, documenting programs, and leading continuous-improvement projects. The position requires an electrical engineering degree or engineering technologist certification, three to five years of manufacturing automation experience, and proficiency with Allen-Bradley, GE Proficy, AutoCAD, and related control technologies.
