Description
Molex is hiring a Controls Engineer in Naperville, Illinois to support the deployment, startup, qualification, and optimization of advanced automation systems for manufacturing equipment. The role partners with engineering, operations, maintenance, customers, suppliers, and integrators; covers PLCs, machine vision, robotics, motion control, safety systems, and continuous improvement; and requires travel of up to 20% annually. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent controls automation experience, at least three years of controls automation experience, and experience with specified PLC, vision, robot, and safety technologies. A bachelor's degree and additional automation, programming, CAD, and language skills are preferred. Compensation is estimated at $90,000–$130,000 per year, with variable bonus eligibility.
