Refresco Beverages US Inc. is hiring a Controls Engineer to lead continuous improvement and infrastructure automation upgrades across its US facilities. The role covers PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, servo, Ethernet, SQL Server, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, process improvement, capital projects, equipment installation, vendor coordination, and training for controls technicians. It requires a diploma or degree in electronics, automation, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience, extensive PLC and industrial automation expertise, and at least 50% travel.
