Description
Trueline is hiring an onsite Controls Engineer in Erie, Pennsylvania to design, program, troubleshoot, integrate, commission, and improve PLC-based industrial control systems for a large-scale manufacturing operation. The role partners with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, operations, and vendor teams to solve equipment problems, support new equipment and process introductions, and drive reliability and efficiency improvements. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, 3–5+ years of manufacturing controls experience, PLC programming and troubleshooting skills, industrial automation experience, and strong project-management and communication abilities. The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$115,000 annually and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
