Description
The Controls Engineer will oversee manufacturing and maintenance processes for plant equipment, support troubleshooting of mission-critical electrical controls, and improve uptime, MTBF, and reliability through preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and CAPEX planning. The role also coaches supervisors and technicians, documents procedures, supports spare parts management, and troubleshoots manufacturing networks. It requires an electrical or electronic engineering degree, industrial automation and instrumentation experience, Siemens PLC and related programming skills, industrial networking knowledge, and on-call availability.
