BPA is hiring a Controls Engineer in Longmont, Colorado to develop and commission high-speed, vision-guided robotic automation systems. The role covers ABB robots, Allen-Bradley PLCs, Cognex vision, Beckhoff/TwinCAT, and ABB OmniCore platforms, including robot programming, PLC and HMI development, motion tuning, simulation, integration, field startup, troubleshooting, and customer support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and at least five years of controls engineering or industrial automation software development experience.
