Description
Wilder Systems is hiring a Controls Engineer to design, program, test, and document robotic automation systems for aerospace manufacturing. The role covers hardware selection, electrical and mechanical schematics, PLC and HMI programming, motion and VFD configuration, safety, networking, data-handshake design, and vendor coordination. Candidates need at least four years of electrical engineering or related experience, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a similar field, PLC and HMI programming skills, AutoCAD proficiency, and strong control theory knowledge. The position offers a $100,000–$130,000 base salary, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, and up to 25% travel.
