ICON is hiring a Controls Engineer II, Engineering Services in Austin, Texas to design and maintain diagnostic infrastructure for its fleet, including troubleshooting tools, guided diagnostics, telemetry-based monitoring dashboards, and predictive maintenance models. The role acts as an escalation point for complex controls failures, supports field engineering and customer teams, troubleshoots PLC/HMI/SCADA and industrial networking issues, delivers training and documentation, and ensures control systems meet safety and regulatory standards.
