E2i is hiring a full-time Controls Automation Engineer in Indianapolis, Indiana, with the possibility of supporting clients at other locations. The role designs, implements, tests, and supports DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, electrical hardware, and manufacturing control systems; builds customer relationships; solves complex problems; and remains at least 80% billable. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field and 5–10 years of process control and automation experience, including programming DeltaV, PLC, HMI, DCS, and SCADA software. The position offers $110,000–$140,000 in compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and critical care insurance.
