Description
Axis Automation is hiring a Controls Engineer, Level 2/3, to design, implement, debug, and validate electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, HMI, robotic, and peripheral automation systems for custom factory automation equipment. The role involves customer and vendor coordination, documentation, troubleshooting, FAT/SAT support, and approximately 10–20% travel to customer sites. A related engineering bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, along with at least two years of controls or automation experience. Level 2 salary is $75,000–$100,000 and Level 3 salary is $85,000–$120,000, with health, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
