Ford is hiring a Controls Engineer to lead problem solving for tooling, equipment, conveyor, and automation performance issues and downtime. The role coordinates root-cause analysis, manages industrial barcode printers, designs and programs vision control systems, monitors equipment through plant software, reprograms machinery, installs automation and robotics, maintains controls networks, and supports training and safety activities. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of controls engineering experience; electrical background, PLC/CNC, robotics, networking, and manufacturing improvement experience are preferred. The position is onsite and offers salary grades 6–8 ranging from $72,480 to $162,120, with medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage.
