E Tech Group is hiring a remote Controls Engineering Manager to support multiple projects and lead a growing team of engineers and technical resources. The role involves developing business growth plans, designing and implementing integrated electrical and control systems, configuring PLCs, SCADA networks, instrumentation, and industrial control panels, managing project budgets and schedules, driving team profitability, and meeting with key clients. Candidates need a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, at least 8 years of industrial automation or controls integration experience, and at least 3 years managing and leading a team. The position requires up to 30% travel and prefers candidates based in Arizona, Texas, Virginia, or Georgia.
