Description
PAR Systems is hiring a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a software-centric controls engineering team responsible for designing and implementing software and control systems for complex, custom automation equipment. The role manages execution across automation programs, builds high-performing teams, modernizes development practices, and guides the adoption of AI-enabled engineering tools while maintaining architecture, quality, safety, cybersecurity, and production-code controls. The position requires an engineering degree, at least 8 years of industrial automation software and control-systems experience, and 3+ years of technical leadership or engineering management experience. The starting salary is targeted at $130,000–$150,000 annually, with bonus eligibility.
