Quest Global is hiring an Engineering Training Manager to develop and lead the organization’s engineering learning strategy. The role owns enterprise training processes, competency frameworks, certifications, onboarding, compliance, digital learning, knowledge management, and learning effectiveness metrics, while partnering with engineering subject matter experts, functional leaders, Human Resources, Quality, Operations, and the Innovation Team. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 5–10+ years of relevant experience, and is based in Greenville, South Carolina with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days on-site and 20% travel. Compensation is $80,000–$120,000 annually, with health, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
