Brady is hiring a Field Engineering Specialist to provide technical leadership for HVAC controls projects from development through closeout. The role oversees programming, checkout, commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, customer training, and project databases; mentors field personnel; and coordinates controls technicians. It requires an associate's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of HVAC controls installation, programming, and commissioning experience, knowledge of HVAC systems and controls, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors, travel 10%, and work overtime or weekends as needed.
