Description
The Controls Integration Engineer is responsible for on-site deployment, integration, and commissioning of automated material-handling equipment, including sorters, conveyor systems, and automated work cells. The role involves configuring Linux-based IPCs, PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and field devices; executing commissioning and test plans; troubleshooting controls, networking, and system-level issues; providing technical direction to support personnel; coordinating with contractors, system integrators, and vendors; and supporting integration with Warehouse Control Systems and operational handover. The position requires networking, industrial communication protocols, and up to 50% travel, with preferred programming and large-scale commissioning experience. It is offered in Joliet, Cincinnati, Nashville, Arlington, and Seattle, with base salaries ranging from $122,800 to $174,800 annually.
